Our application for Wheelabrator Kemsley (K3) and Wheelabrator Kemsley North (WKN) was accepted for examination by the Planning Inspectorate on 8 October 2019. You can view our full application on the Planning Inspectorate’s website here

The application will now enter a period of pre-examination, which will last approximately three months.  During this period, members of the public can register their interest with the Planning Inspectorate to become an interested party by making a relevant representation. A relevant representation is a summary of an individual’s views on an application that’s made in writing.
